Policy Regarding Socials in Guild

Post by RedRuby » Mon Oct 15, 2012 12:35 pm

Shining Force allows only* Full Members and Raiders to request that friends and family, that they vouch and are held accountable for, be invited to the guild. These players occupy the Social rank and are expected to maintain good behavior and represent the guild in a responsible manner. Socials can be removed from the guild without notice if deemed necessary by Councilors, and the request for a Social's invitation can be denied at will by a Captain or a Councilor. Any behavior that results in a complaint to either a Councilor or a Captain satisfies criteria for a Social's removal from the guild. This behavior includes, but is not limited to, ninja looting, misrepresentation of constituents of the guild or the guild itself, and obscene remarks made to any individual or group, in public or privately, whether within the guild or without. Each member requesting a friend/relative be invited is responsible for relaying this information to their friend and or relative.

* Except in cases decided on an individual basis by a Councilor.
