Chromecast on tablet to TV using flash

So I want to watch some international TV shows that are on the internet in flash video, but I don't want to lug my computer to the TV (my computer office has godawful wifi reception). I was thinking of getting some mobile device and cast from chrome to the TV, but flash isn't supported for apple or android products. Would getting a windows 8 tablet (like some atom processor) be a viable option? There's a few windows tablets for less than 200 dollars, and that would let me use chrome to watch the flash videos and cast it to my TV, right?

Are there other alternatives?

I think the Roku thing has more use right now.

I have a Chromecast and its amazing for Netflix, but thats about all I've done with it.
